Defrost the prime rib roast in the refrigerator
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Unwrap the prime rib roast and place in large roasting pan. Pour ½ cup of beef stock into the bottom of pan. Drizzle a small amount of beef stock on top of the roast.
Cover the roast with aluminum foil and place in oven for about 20 to 30 minutes, until roast reaches your desired serving temperature.
