Our farm has been in our family for three generations. It is a 500 acre farm with half of the land in prairie grass, lakes, and ponds. Our goal as a farm is to continue to expand our pastures for our pigs to root up. Our pigs are raised outside in the sun, in the mud, and on the grass. They have access to deep bedding and barns at night and during the winter. The majority of our pig’s diet is spent brewers grain from a local brewer. This creates a rich marbling as we feed our mixed heritage breed pigs about 4 tons in a week. Beer fed hogs from the MN River Valley.
